ABSTRACT




The research of analysis farmer income and the factors that influence farmer dynamism in PTT rice plant agribusiness in



Sukabumi aim to compare the farmer income before and after implementing rice plant technology by using PTT method in



Sukabumi and to describe internal and external factors that influence the farmer dynamism in doing rice plant



agribusiness.Based on the research by using T-test, it is obtained the result that it has the different income to farmer before



and after applying PTT method significantly. It is supported by increasing income as much as 21,26% in income farmer



respondent after applying PTT method. Test result by using structural Equation Modeling [SEM], it is got the result as



follow:1). Age indicator, formal education, total insurance family life, farming work experience, soil knowledge and



intrinsic motivation do not have real contribution to farmer internal factor. It shows no real influence of farmer internal



factor to farmer dynamism in doing PTT agribusiness.2). Extrinsic motivation indicator, information access, the available of



information and cosmopolitan have real contribution to farmer external factor. It shows that farmer external factor has a



real influence to farmer dynamism in doing PTT rice plant.
