Abstract



Nowdays and the next our generation will be face a digital era. The digital era drives our frame of thinking about peoples arround the world with a new days. Beside that, the future goverment curriculum agenda (curricuilum 2013) rets emphasis on modern pedagogic dimension in learning, using a scientific approach. Scientific approach in learning all subjects includes digging information through observation, questioning, trial, processing the data or information, and presenting data or information, followed by analyzing, easoning, then concluding and creating. This approach must be done with how r managing digital information and presenting data with democratic values. It means that all the learning process shuid be carried out with guided democratic values. So, PGSD students need to be aware of this conccern. they should have thus abbility (scientific approach, digital literacy skili and democratic values) in their teaching competence. The way to understand the competences s oy experiencing it. Therefore, This Article aims at how to developing digital iteracy skill by metacognition Approach to create a democratic classroom.
